GRADMADE stores what you add to the studio. We do not sell that data, and scores stay off the public gallery unless you turn a rate on.
What we keep
An account holds your name, username, email, password hash, optional two-factor secrets, plan, profile photo, banner, bio, activity status, language, region, and whether the gallery is public. Projects hold the files and notes you upload, plus the private score we generate. Live Brief applications store that you applied, each status change, and a snapshot of the portfolio you submitted. Employer accounts store the company name and the review decision. Brief reports store the reason you give. When email delivery is configured, a confirmation and later status updates go to the address on the account. A failed email does not remove the application.
What stays private
The score and suggested rate stay in the studio. Visitors see the work. A rate only appears on your public page if you switch that on in Preferences. A private gallery is hidden from Explore and from anyone who is not you, except a company you applied to.
Who can see a public gallery
If the portfolio is public, anyone with the link can view published work, and you can appear on Explore and Designers of the month.
